SUMMER CAMP RULES

  1. All participating children must register for the three weeks of summer camp. We will not accept children for individual weeks due to the fact that they will be participating in a final show and must be present for all the workshops leading up to the final show.

  2. Parents must be respectful and punctual with pick up and drop off times. We will not be able to accomodate or extend the aforementioned times.

  3. Each child needs to bring their own lunch, snacks and drinks. Also, please make sure to bring breakfast if you are dropping off your child between 8AM – 9AM if they have not had breakfast beforehand.

  4. During the first day of class, all instructors will assess the behavior, adaptability and participation of each child. If any child seems uncomfortable, forced or upset to be participating in our classes, we will notify the parents immediately so that, jointly, we can decide whether this summer camp is the best option for the child. We want to ensure all children are comfortable and excited to be part of our Hip-Hop Musical and that it can be a formative and enjoyable experience for all participating children.

  5. Participating children must wear comfortable clothes that they can easily move around in for both the dance and acting workshops. It does not need to be dance clothing, but comfortable and flexible clothing. Please make sure participating children wear close-toed shoes at all times.

  6. We will not accept video game consoles or personal electronics during our summer camp hours. The venue is not responsible for any loss or broken personal items.

  7. Parents will be responsible for all necessary wardrobe and costumes for the final show. Wardrobe for the final show will be simple and will mainly consist of normal every-day clothing you may already have at home. The summer camp will take care of any and all props and/or additional special items that may compliment the wardrobe should it be necessary.
